Integrative Nutritional Therapy
Welcome to my little corner of the internet, and home of “The Cyclical Suite, and Period Pantry.”
Let guess, you have Googled the heck out of your symptoms, the doctor told you it was pointless to check your hormones, and you have consumed a lifetime amount of personal self-help books?
And yet, you aren’t sleeping, your hair is falling out, and your periods are straight out of a horror film…
Whether it be clinical anxiety, autoimmune issues, or hormone related diseases like PCOS and Endometriosis I am here to tell you first hand, that Nutritional Therapy is the tool that you have been missing.
Let me explain ⤵️
What is “Nutritional Therapy?”
Nutritional Therapy is actually A LOT more than just Nutrition.
My practice takes a unique approach to Nutritional Therapy. Not only do we use a bio-individual, science-based approach to supporting your foundations of health, the entirety of my practice is centered around one thing… ⤵️
YOUR MENSTRUAL CYCLE 🩸
You know, that thing that has been left out of women’s health since the beginning of time.
You will not only walk away knowing your cycle, you will learn to live within it. Together we develop a food-first, personalized protocol, just for you. Just because you have a diagnosis (maybe more than one), doesn’t mean that your protocol should be a one-size fits all, and it also doesn’t mean that you have to be plagued by your illness.
Education is EVERYTHING
I became a practitioner because I love the way the body works, and I wanted to be able to provide clients with ANSWERS. Not only will you learn what your symptoms are telling you, but you will learn to harness your menstrual cycle, fuel yourself with adequate nutrition, and add real-life tools to your “pantry of life.”
Hey there, I’m Ali, but you can call me Al.
You can think of me as your “Cycle-Analyzing Bestie,” that has a doctorate in Sarcasm. 🤭
But really, I am a Nutritional Therapist, trained in functional diagnostics, with a former degree in Science.
I am also certified in coaching and use a mind-body approach to understand your illness. What you do not feel, you cannot heal, and optimal, symptom-free healing, requires getting to the root cause.
After years of being medically dismissed, and like you, told that there was nothing else I could do, I took matters into my own hands and went back to school. Now my job is to help woman just like my past self, add the necessary tools into their “pantry shelves,” regardless to what their diagnosis is telling them.
